Welcome to Palevate Nutrition. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (“Services”). By placing an order, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Fulfillment

When you place an order with Palevate Nutrition, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Orders will be processed once full payment is received.
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (with full refund if applicable).

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Ozow or Shopify Payments.
Palevate Nutrition does not store your payment details.
If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.

You are responsible for entering accurate billing and reference details when making manual EFT payments.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We use trusted third-party couriers such as The Courier Guy to deliver your orders.

Delivery times vary based on your location.
You will be provided tracking information when available.
Delivery fees are calculated based on weight and region at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information submitted by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (nutrition, beverages, consumables), we do not accept returns unless:

The product is damaged on arrival
The wrong item was delivered

Refunds will only be issued after our team verifies the issue. Please report any problems within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@palevatenutrition.com.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

To provide true, accurate, and complete information
To use our website lawfully and ethically
Not to attempt fraud, abuse, or disrupt our services
Not to resell our products without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services to anyone who violates these terms.

All content on this site — including logos, product images, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Palevate Nutrition or its partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Palevate Nutrition does not guarantee:

That product descriptions are error-free
That the website will operate without interruptions or bugs

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delivery delays or system errors.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
