Shipping policy

Order Processing & Lead Times

All orders are freshly made upon order placement to ensure optimal quality and freshness. As such, processing times are longer than typical retail items. Please allow a minimum of 2–3 business days and up to 4–6 business days for larger orders to process before shipping.

This processing time does not include shipping time and applies only to the producing and packing of your order.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

Shipping Costs 

We have three  selected delivery options for our Premium Water Collections. 

1) Free pick up for all customers at our only   factory in Gauteng

2) Gauteng door- door delivery with flat rate

3) Nationwide door-door delivery with flat rate

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched from BAEMP COM (Pty) Ltd, Palevate Nutrition premises is not responsible for courier delays, damages, or losses. A tracking number will be provided with your dispatch confirmation email so you can track your parcel directly with the courier. If your order has been mishandled by the courier we will not refund you. 

Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for the items in your order transfers to you, the customer, at the point of delivery, which is confirmed by the signature obtained at the delivery address. After this point, Palevate Nutrition is no longer liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the items
