Order Processing & Lead Times
All orders are freshly made upon order placement to ensure optimal quality and freshness. As such, processing times are longer than typical retail items. Please allow a minimum of 2–3 business days to process.
The processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or South African & European public holidays.
Shipping Costs
We have selected delivery options for our Premium Water Collections.
1) Gauteng door- door delivery with flat rate adjusted not by weight but by KM from our factory.
2) Nationwide door-door delivery with flat fee rate adjusted to the weight of the cart.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched from our premises Palevate Nutrition is no longer responsible for courier delays, damages, or losses. In the cases we use our trusted courier partners a tracking number will be provided with your dispatch confirmation email so you can track your parcel directly with the courier. If your order has been mishandled by the courier we will not refund you.
Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for the items in your order transfers to you, the customer, at the point of delivery, which is confirmed by the signature obtained at the delivery address. After this point, Palevate Nutrition is no longer liable for any damage, loss, or theft of the items.
