Refund & Returns Policy – Freshly Made-to-Order Water
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Each order is freshly produced on demand and cannot be resold, returned, or reused once it has left our facility. This policy is in place for the following reasons:
1. Freshness & Quality Commitment:
We take great pride in delivering water that is freshly produced specifically for each order. While the water is not personalized with your name, it is made just for you to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
2. Health & Safety:
Once delivered, we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of the product. Factors such as storage conditions, temperature exposure, or handling after delivery can affect the water and its packaging, and we cannot be responsible for these.
3. Resale Restrictions:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not resell returned consumable goods — even if the packaging remains unopened.
4. Online Sales Consideration:
As an online-only business, once the product leaves our facility, control over its storage and handling passes to the customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
