Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our nutritional products, which are freshly prepared for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used consumable goods.

This policy is in place for the following reasons:

1. Freshness & Quality Commitment

We take great pride in delivering water and nutritional blends that are freshly produced for each order. While the product is not personalised, it is prepared specifically for you to ensure optimal freshness and quality.

2. Health & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable products once they have been delivered and opened. Storage conditions, temperature exposure, and handling after delivery are outside of our control.

3. Resale Restrictions

Returned consumable goods cannot be resold, even if packaging appears unopened, due to strict hygiene and safety standards.

4. Online Sales Consideration

Once products leave our facility and are delivered, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to the customer. For this reason, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us and we will assess and resolve the matter accordingly.
